Returns & Exchanges

ONIA offers free shipping on returns and exchanges. Products can be returned up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund, providing the item is in its original condition, with tags still attached or subject to refusal.

How Do I Make A Return Or An Exchange?

For US customers we provide a pre-paid return label.

For your return: 

1. Please fill out the return reason section on the return form.
2. Place all items in their original packaging. If you don't have the original packaging please place items in a secure box or envelope mailer.
3. Stick the return label on the mailer on the outside of the box and put the packing slip in with your returns.
4. Drop the package off at a FedEx location.

*Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your items. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

Exchange: To ensure availability, please place a new order for the preferred item and ship back the item you wish to return. Once we received the returned item, a refund will be issued.

When will my Credit Card be Refunded?

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the item in our warehouse. A confirmation containing refund details will be emailed to you in the form of a credit memo. Note: refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
