How fast will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, 8:00am-1:00pm EST. Any orders placed after 1:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

Note: this includes orders placed with expedited shipping.

Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed the following business day. Customer service will reach out via email if any items are unavailable.

Any FedEx shipment valued at $1,000 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

How soon will I receive my package?

Transit times are estimated based on outbound standard shipping schedules as provided by FedEx. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as they are subject to disruptions in service and are only provided as a guideline.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipment notification email upon shipment to the email address provided. The email contains a link to track your package online and an estimated delivery date.

Lost or stolen package

In the unfortunate incident that you are not able to locate your delivered package, then please reach out to us soon as possible at 1.800.220.6699 or customerservice@onia.com with your order number.
