Onia offers free shipping on returns for all U.S. customers within 14 days of the shipping date. Please ensure that the item(s) are in original packaging, unworn & unwashed with tags still attached – items returned otherwise will be subject to refusal.

NOTE: all sale items are final sale and we do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

How do I make a return?

All U.S. customers will receive a pre-paid return label in their package.

To make a return:
1. Please fill out the return reason section on the return form to include with your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please place items in a secure box or envelope mailer.
3. Affix the pre-paid return label on the outside of the box or envelope mailer.
4. Drop the package off at your nearest FedEx location.

Can I exchange my order?

To ensure availability, please return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive your return. Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will issue you a refund in the form of a credit memo. A confirmation with all refund details will be emailed to you.

Note: refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
