How do I check the status of my order?

After you place your order you will recieve an order confirmation email. Once your package has shipped, you will recieve an email with your tracking information and an estimated delivery date. If you have an Onia account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your Account page and clicking on the Order History tab.

How do I access my account?

To access your account click "Login" in the top right corner of the navigation. If you are on a mobile device, click on the top-left menu. Enter your registered email address and password. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Your Password?" and we will email you a link to reset it.
